ORB Voting Guide 2026

Prop 40: Hell fuck yes

It’s not complicated. It’s a moral test.

Props 41 & 42: Hell fuck no

The existence of these propositions on your ballot, just by itself, is a great argument for the dissolution of billionaire wealth.

Regional Transit Measure: God yes

Vote no if you’re an asshole.

Prop 2: Yes

Whatever. Voting yes solves nothing, but it solves even less to vote no.

Prop 1: Yes

It is fundamentally good that the state is spending money to subsidize affordable housing.

Prop 4: Yes

A funny thing happened after the masses democratically chose.

Prop 3: Yes

Vote the opposite of Howard Jarvis’s unclean ghoul.

Prop 37: No

This measure doubles down on basically everything that’s wrong with California housing policy.

Prop 44: No

A too-blunt instrument for a labor fight.

Prop 45: No

CEQA is antifa.

Prop 38: No

We should not be voting on something this specific, complicated, and misleadingly crafted.

Prop 39: No

A “papers, please” measure. Do not do voter suppression.

Prop 5: Yes

Deep-pocketed Republicans shouldn’t have a get-out-of-being-outvoted card.

Prop 43: No

34 percent shouldn’t be able to outvote 66 percent.
